Unit 11-Imperialism & World War I

Picture
ACT EOC C.2.d, C.2.e, C.2.f, D.1.a

The United States defeated Spain in a war, acquired new overseas territories, and became an imperial power. The United States reluctantly entered World War I after German submarines violated American neutrality. Both wars cause a shift in America’s attitude about expansion, individual liberties, and status in the world.
