United States History

Picture
US History at the high school level encompasses the entirety of the nation's history, from colonization to the Obama administration.  With the amount of material that must be covered, the class will move at an accelerated pace.

Close to the end of the school year, students in US History are required to take the end of course exam.  The exam, consisting of approximately seventy questions, is all multiple choice and will be given in two sessions.

Student results will be given in two manners.  Student scores will be ranked at either novice, apprentice, proficient, or distinguished.  Their score on the EOC will also be included in the final classroom average.
